Se recomienda a los docentes del programa adoptar estrategias que promuevan un ambiente de aula
más seguro y motivador, tales como actividades orales colaborativas, el uso de dinámicas lúdicas y una
retroalimentación más empática. Asimismo, se plantea la importancia de ofrecer talleres o espacios de
acompañamiento psicológico para ayudar a los estudiantes a desarrollar habilidades de afrontamiento
frente a la ansiedad. Futuras investigaciones podrían explorar la evolución de esta ansiedad a lo largo de
la carrera y su relación con el rendimiento académico y la adquisición de la competencia comunicativa.
