Abstract

The research aims to analyze the new meanings of Citizen Security and Citizen Participation in the New Venezuelan Police Model: Case C.I.C.P.C. The research is descriptive-documentary, using the hermeneutic method and the techniques used were content analysis, , to obtain the final reflections focused on the new meanings of citizen security as is the prevention and citizen participation in the fight against crime in the framework of human rights and the development of a culture of peace.
