Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze the relationship between leadership and quality of care to the communities in the Directorate of Intelligence and Preventive Strategies of the CPEZ. As a theoretical construct to support research (Koontz and Weihrich-2004), quality of service (Gabaldon, 2010), security (Barnard, 2006) and policecommunity (Rodriguez, 2007). The investigation was confined to a description Of field, with a non-experimental-transversal design, having as population the staff that works in the institution (100 officials) to whom an instrument was applied. Based on 14 items with response alternatives under the Likert Scale with five reagents. The techniques of observation, interview, questionnaire, conversations and content analysis were used.
