Abstract

The history of the peoples is essential, to emphasize that Bolívar and his American mission did not leave aside the transcendence of the original peoples, their intentions to elevate the right and the abolition of slavery is an important part of the sociocultural conviction of wanting to mark a precedent for the common good of the peoples. The challenge becomes inexhaustible, undertaking the indigenous struggle is a way of life that is impossible to renounce, despite the fact that the destinies seem turbulent, the struggle must be constant. This essay is part of a repertoire of memory, which belongs to the men and women who in one way or another undertook a never-return journey with their culture as resistance, worthy of what is our American. The Bolivarian revolution led by the maximum leader Hugo Chávez, ends up specifying the vindication of the indigenous peoples, managing to establish a legal system and educational proposals with a broad vision, granting legitimacy in its shared cultural value, Venezuelan self-determination and its dispositions to define itself as a diverse, multicultural and multilingual society is its closest proximity to enhance citizen exercise.
