Liderazgo transformacional y pensamiento complejo: Perspectivas en las ciencias administrativas

Este estudio explora la integración del liderazgo transformacional y el pensamiento complejo como enfoques complementarios para gestionar entornos organizacionales complejos. Basado en las aportaciones recientes de autores como Northouse (2021), Carmeli et al. (2022), y Stacey (2021), se realiza una investigación documental que revisa teorías y estudios actuales. Los hallazgos muestran que el liderazgo transformacional, caracterizado por su capacidad para inspirar y desarrollar equipos, se fortalece al combinarse con el pensamiento complejo, que facilita la toma de decisiones estratégicas en sistemas dinámicos e inciertos (Snowden & Boone, 2020; Goleman, 2021). Esta combinación fomenta la innovación, la resiliencia organizacional y la sostenibilidad, posicionándose como un modelo efectivo en las ciencias administrativas. Finalmente, se proponen aplicaciones prácticas para el desarrollo de líderes y líneas futuras de investigación para evaluar su implementación en diversos sectores.Descargas
