Abstract

This study explores the integration of transformational leadership and complex thinking as complementary approaches to managing complex organizational environments. Drawing on recent contributions from authors such as Northouse (2021), Carmeli et al. (2022), and Stacey (2021), this research employs a documentary approach to review contemporary theories and studies. Findings reveal that transformational leadership, characterized by its ability to inspire and empower teams, is enhanced when combined with complex thinking, which supports strategic decision-making in dynamic and uncertain systems (Snowden & Boone, 2020; Goleman, 2021). This synergy fosters innovation, organizational resilience, and sustainability, establishing itself as an effective model in administrative sciences. Practical applications for leadership development and future research directions are proposed, focusing on assessing its implementation across diverse sectors and contexts.
