Popular and Cooperative Movement: An Axiological Look from the Social Intervention

Community and cooperative movement is analyzed from the perspective of social intervention in the axiological. Motion analysis from the perspective of social intervention, based on the axiological, empowerment of society through popular participation as evaluative element to the cooperative movement for a living and dynamic element of national economy is necessary. This will help formal and organized of the main actors of organized society participation through various forms: community councils, community banks, municipalities, socially owned enterprises, cooperatives, and so many more that have not yet been born, but due to the dynamics of society we know that they will appear in the social, political, ideological, economic and cultural scene, bad interventionist future we can be back on the explosion of popular empowerment in Latin America and especially in Venezuela.
