The Ministry of People’s Power for Internal Affairs and Justice (MPPRIJ), developed a police model through an institutional legal framework in relation to a state of law and justice, a figure that comes to harmonize with the social condition of the State when finding in the person’s dignity a point of fusion, known as legal security and legality that conceives the police as a public institution with non-delegable and civil function, operating within the framework of the Constitution and international principles on the protection of human rights, and labor. The principles of the Social State of Law and Justice are analyzed, in the Organic Law of the Police Service and Bolivarian National Police Corps (LOSPCPNB) as a legal instrument regulating the police forces. This legislation is presented as an instance of participation to assist in planning and coordinating the different public policies regarding police service.
