Abstract

This essay aims to analyze NLP and Coaching as techniques for the development of learning in the social sciences, based on the postulates of Alder, Beryl, (2000) and Sambrano, (2000) for NLP, as far as Coaching is concerned. Based on Goldsmith (2007) and Chacin de Mujica (2010), this one allowed to understand the influence in the educational field and how they can contribute in the personal and academic improvement of the university students. For this, different activities were applied in order to awaken the brain through a synapse of neurons teaching students and teachers of the different areas of knowledge to think. In the final reflections, it was possible to reveal that there was more participation by the students in the elaboration of their tasks in a more creative and meaningful way since the teachers established continuous dialogues stimulating their interests through personal and collective attention.
