The partisan phenomenon, organization, project and its application to the Venezuelan reality

Abstract

The story of the parties is fundamental in the contemporaneous political science, even more in Venezuela, where has it been discussed if the MVR (Fifth Republic Movement) or governor’s party, was an organization which accomplished with the necessary components to be a structured party. For this reason, it is necessary to inquire the historical evolution, highly in the medieval organization of the government, until arriving to the modernity with the types of parties, their organization, project and functions for later, through a hermeneutic process, make a comparisonwith the current Venezuelan reality, leaded by the president Hugo Chavez Frias, founder of the governor party, and maximum expression of the left revolution in Venezuela.
