Reflexiones en torno al patrimonio cultural y su entramado jurídico

This essay aims to make visible the cultural identity of civil society, based on the development of concepts that justify the essence of the cultural heritage of the Venezuelan nation, where a revision of the framework for the defense of cultural and natural heritage is proposed, a complex task. that confronts tensions from documents and reflexive critical analysis, inspired by theories; articles; norms conventions of the constitution, the analysis approach was centered on the constitutional aspects for being the determinants within the normative essence, as well as some laws on the matter, having a large legal framework that offers the guarantee, conservation and protection of cultural aspects in accordance with UNESCO. This research is inserted in the qualitative research in the ethnographic method which will allow to broaden the historical consciousness.
