Organizational system for remote audiovisual production, intended for virtual learning environments

In an educational institution, where the teaching modality is distance learning, it is often the case that several of the actors responsible for designing and generating educational content are limited by the distance itself and the transfer from their residences. As audiovisual materials are one of the most demanded resources in virtual learning environments, an organizational system with structure and workflow for the audiovisual production of these contents is proposed under this reality. The design and application of this organizational model has as a reference the isolation experienced with the covid-19 pandemic (2020-2022), where content creators from different digital spaces, radio stations and television plants, had to reinvent themselves to continue the audiovisual production with each participant from a distance. This experience left a foundation, which has evolved and serves as a productive strategy for the teaching processes and which we will detail in the article.Downloads
