This article analyzes strategic leadership in contemporary education, emphasizing its integration with systems thinking as an innovative approach to addressing current challenges in educational institutions. Using a documentary methodology, recent studies by authors such as Bush (2021), Davies and Davies (2020), and Fullan (2020), among others, were reviewed to construct a robust theoretical framework. Findings indicate that strategic leadership not only enhances educational quality through resource mobilization and clear goal setting but also fosters innovation and institutional sustainability when integrated with systems thinking. This combined approach enables leaders to understand interdependencies in school dynamics, effectively manage change, and balance economic, social, and environmental objectives. Practical implications of this model in educational management are discussed, including digital transformation, leadership training, and organizational sustainability, along with suggestions for future research to evaluate its applicability in diverse educational contexts.Downloads
