The research aims to generate a learning model for the training of researchers in free applications, through the systematization of experiences within an experiential laboratory where they are developed. In the search to promote the production and transfer of knowledge between peers in computer solutions within the Venezuelan territory, the free application experiential laboratory is developed, in order to build a paradigm shift in public policy, aiming at technological sovereignty, which encourages the formation and development of groups in this area, starting from building and rebuilding critical knowledge,
focused on the needs of the people and the Venezuelan state. This research will be developed through the socio-critical and technological paradigm. This process
will be developed through the exchange of practical theoretical knowledge.
