Abstract

Technocene is the conceptual definition that shapes a new system of relationships mediated by smart technologies. Flavia Costa, using theories such as the anthropocene, biopolitics and control society, constructs the transition towards a greater degree of technification that she records from the Atomic Age and the industrial revolution. Therefore, technocene is established under a kind of revolution in the field of biology, digital surveillance systems, automated models, data mining, biometrics, hacktivism, transhumanism and new forms of cyber-digital socialization.
