History of the National Universities of Experimental and UNERMB birth. Contribution to the reconstruction of the history of the university

Abstract

This paper represents a partial breakthrough research "UNERMB institutional history and evolution." The study aims to rebuild the institutional history of the Universidad National Experimental Rafael Maria Baralt, and also describe the social impact of the university in the development of the Eastern Coast of Maracaibo Lake. In this first step it is explained part of the need for the creation of National Experimental Universities in Venezuela and UNERMB first steps within this process. For the development of the research the historical method was used and the contributions of phenomenology and ethnography.
