Ethical intelligence in the context of the university function

This article proposes the purpose of the analysis of ethical intelligence in the context of the university function, for which a documentary and analytical strategy was developed, where the theoretical postulates of Belohlavek (2007), UNESCO (2009) were available. , Padrón (2001) and Medina (2009) among others. From the perspective of the results, it was possible to specify that the guiding principles of the ethical intelligence allow an action of the members of an organization in full predisposition of the ethical sense, which is propitious for the case of the university function, which in its Different scenarios merit transparent, straight, constant and fair action. Similarly, to the extent that universities are established as true nuclei of transparency in their management, to that extent all their productive horizons will be reliable, relations will be more solid, guaranteeing opportunities for all, and in this way it will be possible to consider that the ethical aspect is found transversally in all its spaces.
